Georgia Is On My Mind

Well you can’t say that I didn’t warn you. Only a few races into the season and we are already changing things up. The original plan was to take the #2 Rum Runner Racing Longhorn just down I-85 to Cherokee Speedway to run with the Southern All-Star Series. There are literally hundreds of things that we considered in deciding that we are going to North Georgia Speedway to race with the Ultimate Super Late Model Series instead. 

It’s funny.  When I raced pavement, I rarely had times where I was able to pick and choose between races. That is something that I really enjoy about dirt late model racing in the South. There are almost always at least two options to choose from. 

So all things top secret considered, we will be racing our #2 Broward Armature and Generator, Molecule, Simpson, fishwithme.net Longhorn chassis to North Georgia Speedway in Chatsworth, Ga. 
We have made the trip to North Georgia Speedway only once late last season. I enjoyed the track, and considering it was only our 3rd night with our new Longhorn, I was happy with a 12th place finish.
